Caravan fan enclosure, RV Leaks

RV Leaks required a reverse-engineered caravan fan enclosure tailored for their new line of caravans. The design was optimized for manufacturability with a focus on reducing prototyping and fabrication costs. The lower enclosure features a fold-out sheet metal structure with a single box cut-out, strategically placed spot welds, and simplified bend angles—delivering a balance of structural integrity and ease of production.

The upper fume hood, made from CHS with a precision cut-out, twists and hooks securely onto the lower section, enabling an intuitive, tool-free installation. The entire unit is powder-coated for a clean, professional finish that is rust-resistant and built for long-term durability in outdoor environments.
